BACKSTORY .
a recent nursing school graduate, lizzie moved back to her hometown of new orleans, louisiana to take care of her ailing grandmother in her final days.later, her grandmother died in the hospital, due to neglect from a male doctor who'd been dismissing lizzie's concerns for her health.overwhelmed with rage and revenge, she poisoned the doctor's coffee, killing him while he was on duty.this exhilarated lizzie, and she began to look more into medical malpractice, killing doctors who'd been neglectful or otherwise harmful. this penchant for murder evolved, and she now targets those she deems morally corrupt, considering herself a vigilante of sorts.but nobody suspects sweet, darling lizzie, do they?
